Alpha Auto Bricks Limited

Alpha Auto Bricks Ltd. was established in the year of 2018 which is located in the Goherpara, Narikali, Jamalpur Sadar, of Jamalpur district on the outskirts of Dhaka. It has been formed by a combined and passionate of industrious persons over 15 acres of own land beside Dhaka, Tangail & Jamalpur high way. It is producing and delivering Auto Bricks only.

Modern technology comes in Bangladesh around 5/6 years ago but technology is changing. We used latest machineries in Green Bricks making, for firing we used Italian Burner. Our bricks are rich in producing with technology and differ in materials that are used, how and to what degree they are fired.

Materials We Used

We collect good quality earth which sourced from all over the country. Our clay is collected in rainy season and reserved them form seasoning around two years for this we can reduced salt or other harmful impurities from our clay.

We also maintain our clay elasticity with our engineers which gives us the best performance and gives highest quality of bricks.

German & Italian Technology

Bricks are made by Automatic Machines and German Technology Vacuum extruder.
Burning system is Italian Burner.
We ensure air space free proper Molding of clay by our fully automatic machine.

Best Drying Technology

Green / Raw Bricks are drying in a drying chamber.
Here we gives strictly controls temperature and supervised by high skilled employee.
Airflow maintain by Exhaust moisture blower.

Firing/Burning Element

Best quality Coal used as Fuel from Boropukuria and Indonesia and maintain Calorific Value 6500+ Kj/kg.
For using Italian Burner our Firing kiln ensures uniform firing, preventing color variations, deformity and shrinkage etc.

Environment friendly processes

Our goal is being Eco-friendly, and help the earth. With this mission and Vision we established Green Project in Bangladesh
Environment friendly processes are being maintained because of uses 30% less energy than traditional brick fields, recycles heat generated in the kiln to dry green bricks and eliminates the emission of black smoke laden with CO2 gas.
